SUCH AS THE DATE, VENUE AND TIME THAT THE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE. Dr Tsalacopoulos would like to compliment the SAPS in general for
the selfless manner in which they conduct their duties. They are under severe
pressure in conducting their official duties. The victims in our country seem to
have more rights than the criminals.
Dr Tsalacopoulos believes that the good work that the SAPS
are doing is unappreciated and overlooked. However, he wishes to commend them in
general and voice his personal congratulations to the SAPS. |
