This is to inform that the ICD's media briefing scheduled for Monday, 13 December 2004, in the Free State Province is cancelled indefinitely. The conference was for Adv. Karen McKenzie to brief media about the ICD's investigation into circumstances surrounding the death of Teboho Mkhonza, who died during the violence which resulted from a peaceful march by the Entabazwe Community Members on the N3 in Harrismith on Monday, 30 August 2004.
